I've created a New User called Graeme5Posts and activated the account in the ACP.

Although I've just noticed that I'm a Co-Admin!

How did you do that? Create a user.

The test user would need to be admin, so it can move/copy/sticky etc.

I just Registered a New User using a spare email address I had laying around.
Then logged back in as Graeme and Activated it. Then logged back in as Graeme5Posts to have a play. Then logged back in as Graeme to approve the posts!
